To address your, once again, baseless comments; what you're implying that should be taking place regarding SP activity is called insider information - insider trading.
SIR did not have any unusual SP activity prior to its rise.
That's one example I can think off, I'd like to know of any examples you have (so as to substantiate what you're saying) that would demonstrate high sudden SP activity pending an unknown announcement.
Shouldn't be to hard for you to come up with at least five, since you use words like 'often' 'especially' & 'usually'.
