I have not seen any information on permanent breast implants, only the expanding stage (which seems to be their ideal application).
Would you want CO2 canisters, batteries and a small circuit in your breasts forever? Even if they removed those components at a later stage (more surgery + complication) I would have thought a silicone implant would have a more natural feel than something air filled. Also query the risk if they ruptured and air rather than fluid entered the body.
