Or better yet, if the company actually pays me to ramp them, I have very few boundaries re what I say
Just having a dig at the legal injustice around share trading law
ie if I have an AFSL, and get paid by a shit dodgy company to ramp, its all good
But if I dont have an AFSL, and I post a honest opinion of the company, and Im not being paid by the company, and the price goes up in part because of my FREE HONEST RESEARCH, and if that stock hits my interim short term profit target, or if I HAVE TO SELL TO COVER T3 commitments, regardless if the stock keeps going up after I sell, I can go to jail.
