Olympian, my question is, why give away 50% for funding?
Why not go it alone and borrow to fund the initial capital costs, probably need US$800m - but with a 30k tpd operation it could be paid all off within the first year!
Might take longer for the stock to get rerated without such a deal but in 5 years time wouldn't we rather take 100% of the upside?
