    You're off track here. The battery hub has a number of businesses involved. QPM is not the only one, and there are no plans to process any graphite related materials. Most probably the article you saw was referencing the iM3 factory that Magnis are involved with.
    Graphite is a Good Thing but it's off topic here.

    Thats strange, the company has mentioned quite specifically the North Queensland Townsville Energy Chemical Hub multiple times.
    Now that you mention it I can see how that would make more sense than TECH. Something to look into a little more maybe
