As a consequence of his early retirement from the position of managing Director of the company,(OH) the Company has agreed (subject to shareholder approval) to pay OH a retirement package made up of the following termination payments - The total value of termination payments to be approved by shareholders is 10,666,600.
When OXR breaks below 2.00 would Stronger for Longer OH want to be on board? I wonder what AM's Retirement Package will be?
