I don't know a huge amount what drives the value of a company but I was intrigued to see that Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) have a resource similar to TTR but their market cap makes TTR look like a minnow.
Sandfire has a M/Cap of $452 mil
Tectonic has a M/cap of $26 mil
Sandfire have a resource of 7.13Mt with Au-439,000 oz, Ag-3,396,000 oz, Cu- 372,000t
Tectonic have a resource of 10.47Mt with Au-750,000 oz, Ag-9,800,000 oz, Cu-85,000t, Pb-123,000t, Zn-74,000t
What gives, am I missing something here? If the resource is similar then surely the share price should be similar or is it that Tectonic is flying under the radar and further exposure will make people realise how undervalued tectonic is. Sandfire is always in the news.
Is this a fair assessment, because based on the above logic Tectonic should be at $1.17?
