I agree. Disputes are just that - they take a while and they can be struck off the balance sheet appropriately.
That is why I am more focused on the revenue growth potential and up-scalability as well as access to working capital. Management can focus on growth.
Crudely, when basics like the monthly revenue is (($42K x 30 days) - $375K ops cost) = $880K I am not concerned. Even with +/- 20% growth/loss it's still in reasonable shape; At $52K this is $1.18M or $13M-$15M p/a
I figured that at worst you halve that, it's still $6-8M minus costs, debt. Very strong signs of a company growing if the revenue can be sustained.
