Something like that hapened with WSA, with Streeter buying just before excellent drill results. ASX gave a "please explain", WSA simply spouted story about not knowing the results at the time. As it was peanuts for him, I suspect he was playing straight. Regardless, very hard to prove anything if the director is careful.
I trust Ted, and don't believe he would risk being queried over such a small parcel. I suspect he checked nothing was pending, which I guess means nothing exciting likely tonight.
Certainly looks cheap, but I've said that with quite a few stocks only to catch a falling knife.
