the board and chairman's reputation would be even more shot if they couldn't keep the lights on and couldn't raise
no matter what way you look at it this type of finance is not good for shareholders. it's death spiral funding. the alternative though could of been much worse and I don't think it's Grants fault. the appetite for specs atm is terrible and vanadium price is at 3 year lows
agree with Hank that this is way overvalued for where it is in the developement cycle.. KRR was sub 20m market cap when it held speewah just cause it changed ownership to a better management team doesn't justify a 300-400 percent increase in SP. very very long way ahead
