I think we are seeing a competition whereby anyone can blog about the past TEDx inspirational women. The blog will also need to feature an ad/discussion of the Olay Eye Wand product. The blogs will be judged on quality and popularity. Three winners will be selected to attend the upcoming TEDx Shanghai women event on Friday.
at least that's how I read it. Can't be certain though.
