hey guys, im not a frequent poster on these threads, i do try and read a lot, and before anything, dont prosecute me ,I AM a IOT holder and have been for a while so im in no way trying to down ramp, i want IOT to suceed and florish and i beleive they will, if they deliver what they have been saying.,im simply voicing what has come to my attention and havnt seen anyone mention this yet...
i have noticed that from first images of what seems to be the roam e , that the design has changed numerous times, has anyone noticed this? and if so , what do you reckon?
i know that a while ago that they released a photo and it was going around in hte internet of a digitally made up model of what it was going to look like and then was mentioned and shown in an ann IOT made , if i recall late last month (may), anyways apart from that i remember seeing a video/interview with Ian Duffel about the roam-e where he spoke about its capabilites, size etc...\
i noticed like in photo attached that Ian had stated that it wud be the size of a 600ml bottle , which i thought was cool , not too big, pretty cool, and then in the image released by IOT group of someone holding it , it seemed to be pretty big, (bigger than a 600ml bottle anyways) i thought its size was one of its good attributes, being user friendly/portable you know...
then the LEDs across the top which were never included in the first initial digitally made pics, and then in a real life model being held by someone in that photo which was uploaded on facebook i believe had these LED'sall around the top...
then today another photo got released and no LEDS...
then the size of its propellers, in that picture where its held by the guy, seems very large, and yes its foldable , but it seems a bit bulky all together to be just put in a womens like bag or in ur back pocket sort of speak you know....
then tehres little things like the camera being like not flush to whole body, its not a "biggie" but like the first inital images taht were made had this nice , simple, sleek, attractive design and now the images floating around seem to be not so aesthetically pleasing you know....
as i stated befoer i am not downramping, i simply want to hear some guys opinion here ,
and also from like you
@Warnie and
@stevey007
as i have been watching your posts for some time and are behind IOT all the way as am i ...
i just thought its a bit funny how theres these discrepancys , of the model in such short time and yes i know the digital made up image was never an actual model but to me there is a big aethetic change that may or not affect buyers maybe??
anyways thanks in advcne for your input guys
GLTA and as always DYOR
