Actually in this case the police did something - they arrested the perps , it is the judiciary that is ruled by liberal judges that will more than likely allow the perps to go out on bail despite incarceration to trial date being also an option .
I would be interested to know why Judges are so lenient given the high propensity for perpetrators to reoffend while out on bail ?
