Death Penalty needs to be reinstated, it's crazy how you can end people's lives and still be allowed to live. These teenagers need a serious belting that will stay with them forever in the form of physical and mental scars to deter them. Police these days are useless, no power. Turn the cameras off and use the baton on them and they can leave in an ambulance.
