    When you read a book with a hero the hero remains the same throughout the story. The writer doesn't introduce random characters.

    The NT Bible is the same. It's about Jesus, no random characters are introduced, but that does not mean that Jesus is unique. If you study the Hindu scriptures it's about Krishna, the Buddhidt works are about Buddha and so on.

    I would be naive to think that by reading a single book that you might then understand the pantheon of religion. Every prophet made the same claim.

    One God known by many honorific titles. Many religions so that all of the human family had access to God.

    The scriptures speak of Jesus and His relationship to God, that is not a claim of some single uniqueness, or that Christianity is the only path. It is a path for Christians who are no more nearer to God than anybody else.
