CT said that was 25% chance on drilling in general.
there has been a 60% chance in PB with 3D seismic.
a medium chance case reserve for Booth is basically 500 million value in the ground. 50% TEG is 250 million.
also some cheaper oil drills / uk permit / chasing pending Philippines permits.
