TEG's exit from the CCS JV with Pilot is conditional on
1. NOPTA declaration of a Greenhouse Gas Storage Formation
2. Pilot obtaining sufficient financial security to assume full abandonment liability
No firm dates for either yet but others have suggested by year end.
