And a look at the timing of the CR, assuming drilling started 3 weeks ago they would have been a week into drilling, didn't see what they expected which prompted the CR.
It makes sense now why the CR was so generous. If it had been 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 the uproar from SI`s in the CR would be huge so they had to cover their arse to some degree
