Look back at the order of announcements and I reckon the rig mobilization occurred way before they stated. There was an update in June saying early to mid July they were expecting the rig then nothing about whether there was a delay or not. Reckon they had to release something as the day before they eventually released the announcement BPTs quarterly report had said the rig had been released. BPT would not have just typed up their quarterly report the night before so would have started to prepare this in early July. There is something really suspicious going on with this company which seems like a planned cap raise needed the timing of these releases to be delayed
