Please be advised that MonTerra LTD (“MonTerra”) has filed for arbitration
against Triangle Energy (Global) Ltd (“TEG”) in connection with a consultancy
contract executed between the parties dated Nov 17, 2014 (the “Contract”). could be has high as 14 million.
shareholders are not being informed properly. it is on page 54 of the 2015 annual report but shareholder should not
have to read so far into the report and should be properly notified of such lawsuits.
