I have investigated this matter and conclude the following.
We have an extremely strong case against the other party and it was presented as such.
Bottom line is they did not achieve what was expected of them so the deal was terminated.
Based on my interpretation should we loose and thats a big SHOULD we will be up for possibly upto 1 mil.
On a brighter note great Qtly and bottom line would have been a bit higher without the EXR acquisition but that is cuurrently in a substantial profit so you have to like that one. Great Investment.
