these are exactly the issues we are concerned about. Is the TEG board doing the proper deal for the
shareholders? have they done their diligence or are they just looking for cash to keep the spending spree going? Will shareholders ever see any return on investment from PTEA deal? what is the recourse if no royalty is paid? why would the Board choose a company with no experience to run this field? why did the Board wait so long to tell the shareholders about the MonTerra Arbitration and would they have had they not seen it on this site?
what else have the shareholders not been properly informed about?
The ASX should be investigating this.
