    Price looks too high compared to mcap. I can't see how they've got an EV of 755mil when inghams sold for 880 mil and was much larger.

    Also id be concerned that its mostly owned by Affinity Fund and Claris investments at 45% each. Claris is also a partially owned by Affinity and they bought it in 2011. The PDS shows one page of selected financial info and its really not enough to justify the price.
