So the TEI sourced variation in PV design was not a success.

But, as I understand it, that result does not alter the fact that the design produced by the CNS facility at Harvard was a huge success compared to existing PV cells.

So why not progress that design to the market?

Why stuff around being greedy for even further gains above 60%?
