It all comes down to the scourge of all listed companies, particularly these crappy, illiquid LICs.
That is, a completely apathetic shareholder base that doesn't vote or demand change.
This should have been wound up years ago. In fact, based on the pathetic AUM it should have never gone ahead at all.
