On the 27 March, TEK paid $52,500,000 (AUD) for shares in MSB. the 3B release from MSB states that the shares are 'fully paid'. TEK has made a paper profit since then of over $17m/33% (based on sp of MSB of 2.65/share). The cash raised in the capital raise per the 4D was approx. $37m. How has TEK paid the $52.5m when you deduct its other investments and there has been no updates on the ASX about additional shares raises or materially important 'loans'?
I'm looking forward to TEKs share price increase on the back of the increase in the MSB increase!
