Teklabs

OK Billybongo brought up the name Teklabs who appear to be a mobile phone (iOS, Android) developer and work out of the same address as OBJ. Just did a little bit of research and found that Teklabs is a trading name for a company called Inkpoint. Inkpoint's current director is a Michael Palermo and it's accountant is Palermo Chartered accountants, which of course is also OBJs accountant and run by John Palermo. John Palermo was also a previous director of Inkpoint (directorship changed from John to Michael in 2007).

Inkpoint shareholders are currently John Palermo (80%) - 50% via a company called Topaze Enterprises and 30% in his own name and Michael Palermo (20%).

What does this all mean? Well clearly it makes sense that this company which is directed and run by Michael Palermo runs out of the same office, save on costs and all that jazz. I guess the question is then does this company have anything to do with the purported P&G application development? That is a much tougher question to answer but if so then yes it would appear there is a benefit for a 3rd party company associated with OBJ company secretary John Palermo.
