It is irrelevant whether it was intended to go public or not. If this information is true, it clearly no longer remains confidential as it has been placed on a publicly available website. If a reasonable person would expect it to have a material effect on the price of BRN shares, it seems to me it needs to be announced or a trading halt called.

If there is no announcement or trading halt, presumably we can infer it is not "huge" as people here are claiming it to be.
