    If you are a charts person, you definately would be allocating more of your portfolio towards the telco's. I believe charts can be handy, but i do not solemnly rely on them. Have a look at the 90 day moving averages on TLS, PWT, MAQ, ETC. and you will notice that they are making a come back.

    These telcos have been hammered in the past, and it looks like investors have finally decided they are good value.
