Net- you're missing the entire point here. The study DID show that OxyC was delivered locally with minimal systemic exposure, in fact that is the one major positive finding from this study. What it didn't find is that OxyC when delivered locally to PHN pain sites has an analgesic effect in all patient sub-groups.
Listen to the conference call and read the announcement. It is very clear.
