According to Huntley today:

CCE Management say FDA approval process is so advanced that TGA rejection will not have impact and is confident approval will occur during 1Q06.

Be interesting to see if Huntley is correct. I would imagine they were in direct talks with CCE before making comments along the lines like:

Recommendation Impact (Last Updated: 21/12/2005)
The sell off represents an opportunity for speculative investors to buy one of Australia leading biotech companies.
