Well! It could only mean one of three things: 1) Settlement, 2) More Time, 3) No Resolution.
I'm only guessing but I'm inclined to believe its probably (2) again! A settlement notice would not require a conference and I'd expect the sp to be up or down if it were one of the other two. Sorry for being a bit of a pessimist but I've been waiting a long time here and nothing surprises me anymore when dealing with Applera.
