    Tend to agree kacy.Dont think the judge would just get them together to ask "How is it going?"I would guess at more time for both parties.
    I would think if they had reached agreeement it would be listed as "settlement conference".
    We should know late tonight by accessing news on the NYSE under their GENE code.
    I hope i am completely wrong and we finally have our settlement.
