Dear Sirs, thankyou for your recent mail re the SPP and highlighting recent events.

I regret to advise however that I will not be participating in this offer. The share price is now over 6% lower than the SPP price and to be totally
honest I can't see why anyone would be taking up the offer when the SP looks like heading a lot lower.

Over the past few months the company has come out with a number of announcements which on the surface appear quite positive. However as can be seen by the Share Price the announcements have no real meat to them. What the market wants to see are real figures, real contracts and real partnership agreements with $'s attached. Getting PAP up and running would not hurt either.

I have been a shareholder in this company for some time holding (directly and indirectly) over xxxk shares. I have now come to a point where I need to seriously consider my position as a shareholder. Over the past 24 to 30 months I have put up with the promises of needle
production being just around the corner, PAP soon being up and running, signing contracts with firms in China etc etc and now you advise that revenue is going to be $55m within the next 12 month.

How you can forecast a 700% increase in revenue without any real details is beyond comprehension and fyi is something I will be taking up with the ACCC.

I don't know if it is patience or stupidity that I remain to be a shareholder in this company, I hope it's patience.

Ps If you the directors believe there is value in the SPP then why can't I see anyone from the company buying any shares, or better still why don't you make yourselves underwriters for the SPP.
