That is correct, the panic selling hasn't started yet...until now it has all been (mostly) electronic trades...a robot programmed response to market prices. Not saying the panic selling button won't be hit some time this week but we wait and laugh as its only money and no losses have occurred as we haven't sold yet...at least I haven't. The fundamentals haven't changed in fact it could be said they have strengthened. Sanofi optioning? we don't know. They may have been going to but now the overall conditions are somewhat in turmoil and this turmoil may alter Sanofi's direction as they may choose to put the manpower and resources that RAP was going to require to a new and more urgent use...so Sanofi staying out won't change a RAP thing IMHO apart from loosening some bowels among the holders of RAP shares. Stay frosty, wash your hands, don't blame the Chinese and pat your dog whilst chewing your nails...
