Red Bar - well done for pushing hard on this - however IMHO there is no point asking the FDA to admit they made a mistake or even for them to re-examine a decline decision - my guess is bigger players don't want this to happen to many vested interests - also America First does not mean Australia First. Best to push on an open door
1) The only way this is going to get re-examined in the US is to bring it to President Trump, Vice President Pence or Jared Kushner's attention remember Trump just said the other day he wants to cut through the Red Tape to bring new solutions to the fight against Covid-19. Jared Kushner has asked people to twitter him there ideas - if anyone got Jared Kushners twitter account that should be first port of call.
2) If we cannot make progress in the US - then I would forget about the US for a while and focus on delivering working models and revenues in Australia and Europe
