Uniquest will sell when they want to (and are allowed to), regardless of whether they believe RAP is going to be a success or not, and regardless of the price they could get. They are not in this to hold, they are a university commercialisation unit, their intention is to help commercialise technologies developed by the university, and if possible make some money at the same time which they can then use to help commercialise other projects.

They are not a "long term holder", and are not bound to hold any stock they receive from their commercialisation operations. Its not a malicious "dump", they just can use the money from any share sales to help them find the next RAP.
