I live in regional Australia , today my father had his first ever telehealth appoitment, he is certainly not very good with technology however, he managed to organise himself an appointment and attend the appointment with no problems. His consensus with the result was "I wpuld much rather do that than go to the normal doctor". Might not be completely relevant to current discussions but it is interesting to see the breaking of resistance to technology by an older generation.
