Most telehealth companies will want external product integrated into their own system to use their own security, itemised payment (especially if government is involved) and corporate governance and 3 months isn't that long in the software integration time frame for such a valuable medical diagnosis tool.....Coviu is taking a few month longer as this is the 1st telehealth customer which is understandable and I'm guessing Coviu are also "learning on the job" with the government's sudden big investment in telehealth. The cost structure is now binding with Coviu at between $5-10 per usage, per their recent announcement.

The ann made at of March which said integration will take a few months. So integration will likely be wrapped up end of May or June depending on IT team I guess.
