The qtrly states RAP are still getting around to requesting a mtg with FDA.

FDA to determine our next steps in the US". That sentence has been copy pasted in a few announcements now.
I understand that as we haven't yet asked the fda to meet again. If so, that's slow and poor effort by the staff, board and experian! Because of that, I think it's unlikely we have used this backdoor rapid emergency clearance application option. If so, poor form again. Yes, I'm a little frustrated with the speed, performance and urgency of this crew.
