You do know RAP have formed a new team based in UK who are primarily focus on the Europe market and from the interaction between RAP and both Coviu and Phenix, they've "signed" but the market want confirmation. So given these telehealth provider offers remote respiratory consultation, the others telehealth provider will need to sign RAP as there are no other competitor that can offer what RAP does or they will lose their business to new users and possibly existing users will change telehealth provider, hence I think the others are waiting as neither have this product available yet.....
