    you oost me st 5 to 10 dollars. have you ever tried to negotiate a deal like this? dont answer it shows. you cant answer the fundamental question of who pays. adding $ to the process isnt an answer that gets far in healthcare today, so you eliminate or replace. show me where that happens in todays model
