Deansy...that's very interesting - you must hold a bit of voting power for them to ring you to see which way you'll be swinging, or if you'll alter your vote if done already?
All this points to, is that they must be getting worried!

CBIO board is able to get an update from Link Services at any time to see if it is going their way - not sure if they actually get an itemised list showing who has or hasn't voted yet though or just a total tally.
The Shareholder group has to wait until the day to find out the total but are keeping a list on how many shares their supporters hold & are rather confident of success.

Never know what tricks Jones may try to pull out of a hat on the day though (instead of rent-a-crowd probably has rent-a-shareholder lined up!)

We would have liked to be there & were flying to NZ on 11/11/11 but Jetstar cancelled the flight & moved us back to the 4th so we will be on a plane at 08.45am instead. Will locate Wi-Fi asap when we arrive & check the outcome here - sure one of you will write up all the dramatics.
