Just received my call from a company called 'Radar' who have been engaged by CBIO to follow up on proxy vites for or against the boards receommendations.

the specific questisons were:

Radar: 'have i received the information on the meeting and related proxy forms?"

Radar:'Did i vote in line with the boards recommendation?'

Cooko55: 'no i did not'

Radar: 'Why did i not vote as per the recommendation by the board?'

The gentelman did not try and change my mind and they did provide some generic script about them not providing advice at the end of the conversation.

Still disgusted that our/my money is not being used to advance our science!
