I also had a telephone call from the tele marketers and I advised them that I was not prepared to advise which way I will vote(I have already voted FOR to all the resolutions.)

Jones is just 'clutching at straws" and the sooner he goes the better. I am sure he is running scared of what will be found in the company records of his wrong doings - without digging too deep I would not be surprised of a possible jail sentence - I cetainly hope so because that is where he deserves to be.

I personally suspect that with the Novo Option agreement here is a clause/condition somewhere that Jones will be paid a significant dollar/share allocation bonus of some sort for negotiating a deal ( from what I understand he is the only one that signed the option agreement - not the full board!!!!) AND the option agreement was signed by Nova via the then head of negotiations Dr Thomas Lonngren who is now a member of the Cbio Board - talk about a conflict of interest.

The whole option agreement with Nova has a real bad smell to it and after the 60 day period(unless Nova offers a really big cheque (billions of $$$$$'s) which includes all possible and probable applications)the new board should simply say "no thanks" and immediately engage a third partly professional deal negotiator

Helen Cammeron (the potential and hopefully new CEO) in her valuation of Cbio at the time of the IPO valued the company between $270m to $725m which allowed for a 40% discount for a possible successful phase 11a clinical trial(now completed and very successful) and ONLY one application that being RA.

It would be interesting to know what Helen values the Company at this stage of development taking into account all the potentail new applications including Lupus!!!
