rtj, are you sure about this? Lonngren has only been involved with Cbio and Novo in the past year. I thought the option deal was inked long before then. I also doubt someone of his stature would get involved in a conflict of interest like that.
However, surely the other directors will be getting concerned that the stench surrounding Jones might tarnish their reputations.
Also did I read the AGM notice correctly, and Dr Monsour will only seek re-election if Jones is not re-elected? Has he sided with the substantial shareholder group?
