Would it be fair to say that HMD would still survive without payer support, but having this on board is the game-changer?

I can still see mums (and dads) around the world paying from their pocket to continuously monitor their unborn. However, this will take time and investments in marketing and relationship building. The recent move in Chinese market should provide clues on this front.

It was a pretty exciting week for long-term holders. It seems that the market is finally catching up. It will require an announcement or two to sustain the upward momentum. That should not take too long now. Fingers crossed!
