Phone call this morning, same thing. Doing the ring around and finding level of support so they can plan course of action. As I understand it they are after 7.5 mill from SH and 2.5 mill from "sophisticated investors"( the ones that paid $2.25 like the rest of us 5 years ago)If there is a shortfall from the SH then they will increase the amount from sophisticateds thru brokers. This may even be subject to a different price if they have to discount further. The message is SH need to support the SPP, or suffer the consequences, as if they aren't suffering already.
