I think this may be the case and current gdp and employment in auz might support this view.
Qe2 will also play a part as if it's sucsessful and shares rally, incomes increase in the next 3-5 years then proeprty will do well.
Australia is blessed property wise with it's love affair with property as well as it's economic health in these days, later on who knows but for now it looks ok.
