I made a few enquiries today and found out a bit of news on the re-listing of TLZ.

The good news for shareholders is the company will certainly be back on the boards early next year. As previously announced they will be having a rights issue to existing shareholders and a public issue to raise $2,500,000 at a price which I believe will be 2.5 cents per share.

The prospectus for this will be issued in the new year as nothing will happen between now and Christmas.
Depending on how the capital raising goes, the re-listing time will be determined but first quarter 2005 seems feasible ATM.

I have heard a rumour that TLZOA option holders will be happy also.
